Dr. Brian P. Gallagher
Dr. Brian Gallagher is a CMMI Institute Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser, a Medical Device Discovery Appraisal Program Lead Appraiser, and an ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 30 years of experience applying advanced systems and software engineering and program management methodologies to help organizations solve their most challenging problems and achieve business and mission success. Brian earned a PhD in Systems Engineering through Colorado State University and a MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering through Florida Institute of Technology. He is a retired Air Force Officer, a former senior executive with large defense contractors, and former Executive Director at the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Gallagher is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a published author.

Rachel Gallagher
Rachel Gallagher is a CMMI Institute Certified Associate, CMMI and Medical Device Discovery Appraisal Program (MDDAP) Appraisal Team Member, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a CMMC Registered Practitioner, and a Certified CMMC Professional (CCP). Rachel earned a B.S. in IT Networking with a minor in Applied Statistics. She is ISO 9001 and 27000 trained, and has participated in numerous CMMI appraisals for Development and Services and MDDAP as well as High Maturity. In addition to her consulting work, as Director of Operations, Rachel is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of BG Solutions and Services by managing business and technology operations. Previously, Rachel served as IT Director for Silver Health and as a Network Administrator for CAR-MART.
