CMMI Appraisals

A CMMI process appraisal is an objective evaluation of an organization's process capability. Our Certified Lead Appraisers have been providing CMMI appraisal services since 1997.

We offer a full range of process appraisal services for the CMMI Development, Services, and Supplier Management models — from formal benchmark appraisals to brief, informal process and risk assessments. We have lead appraisers who are certified by the CMMI Institute to lead High Maturity Appraisals, i.e., for Maturity Levels 4 & 5.

CMMI V2.0 Appraisals

Benchmark Appraisal: Identify opportunities for organizations to improve how they implement processes and their overall business performance. Can result in a Maturity or Capability Level.
Sustainment Appraisal: Appraisal “check-up” done two years following a Benchmark Appraisal to determine if the organization is maintaining their appraisal level. Can result in a Maturity or Capability Level.
Evaluation Appraisal: An informal and ﬂexible approach used to help organizations prepare for an appraisal and determine opportunities for improvement. No Maturity or Capability Levels assigned.
