The 2-Day Virtual “Foundations of Capability” course provides a detailed overview of the concepts contained in CMMI V2.0 and CMMI appraisal activities. This class is a prerequisite for taking the CMMI Associate's exam and along with the Building Excellence course (Development, Services, or Supplier Management), will qualify you to participate on a CMMI Benchmark Appraisal.
